http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qTdjJD6iGY this is a spin from a t-position entrance- it is slow and sad, but I am thrilled with it. I've been working really hard to be able to cross my leg over in the front, because that is the beginning of a scratch spin.

The ice was really brittle today, but I had a good practice. I also got some good still photos of my spirals- and learned how truly pitiful my lunge is (which I already knew was bad).
